46839 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Had all staff completed their Te Waharoa, Whakamana Tangata and STAR training at Oranga Tamariki's Whakatakapokai youth justice facility between 1 July and 31 December 2024; if not, why?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised Oranga Tamariki is unable to provide data for all training modules between 1 July and 31 December 2024 at Whakatakapokai as it was not consistently recorded. This was rectified by the end of 2024.
