46754 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister for Food Safety: When, if at all, will the Simply Safe & Suitable Template Food Control Plan be reviewed?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: The Simply Safe & Suitable Template Food Control Plan was last reviewed and updated in May 2023. New Zealand Food Safety, a business unit in the Ministry for Primary Industries, review and update all templates under the Food Act 2014 periodically. A date has not been set to review the Simply Safe & Suitable Template Food Control Plan again yet as the template has recently been reviewed.
