46741 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Why has there been a significant reduction in the number of Family Violence Restorative Justice referrals in the 2023/24 year as compared with prior years; is this due to cost cutting?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Funding for the Restorative Justice (RJ) service has not been reduced. I am advised the data on the total number of RJ referrals for the 2023-2024 financial year is yet to be finalised. The data will become available in December 2024.
