Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Further to reply 43709, does the Minister agree with Dr Erik Monasterio, specialist in forensic psychiatry, that people with serious mental illnesses in Intervention and Support Units, are often so scared they can’t reason and will not accept medication; if so, what, if anything, will he do to address this?
