46735 (2024). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Has he asked the Minister of Justice to open the proceeds of Crime Fund so that the $14.6m currently in it can be applied to community mental health and addiction initiatives and programmes, and if not, why not?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that the Proceeds of Crime Fund has been paused since June 2022 and there are no plans for future funding rounds at this time.
