46729 (2024). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does he commit to using transparent contestable procurement processes to allocate the $800m to community groups and non-government organisations that he says will be the subject of upcoming funding announcements and if not, why not?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that Health New Zealand follows New Zealand Government Rules of Procurement for all allocated funding.
