46695 (2024). Steve Abel to the Associate Minister of Agriculture: Will the Ocean Ute be allowed to be used for livestock transport under the Government's 'gold standard' for live exports?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: Any legislative changes that are considered as part of the Government’s Livestock Export Review will be publicly consulted on as part of the policy development process. Only once that consultation process is complete will any standards regarding livestock vessels be finalised. I encourage everyone to engage with this consultation process when it is released.
