46628 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Statistics: What was the budget and how much was spent, if any, on the Minister's department's if any, on the carbon neutral government programme from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024?

Hon Andrew Bayly: I am advised that Stats NZ budgeted for 1 FTE until January 2024 and $14,000 in operating costs to support its commitments under the Carbon Neutral Government Programme (CNGP) for the 2023/24 financial year. For the 2023/24 financial year, Stats NZ spent $7,628 to support its commitments under the CNGP plus the salary for 1 FTE from July 2023 to January 2024.
