46613 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Justice: Was Stephen Rainbow given an exemption to the Cabinet Fees Framework when they were appointed as Chief Human Rights Commissioner; if so, by what percentage are they being paid above the Cabinet Fees Framework?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Dr Rainbow’s remuneration as Chief Commissioner of the Human Rights Commission is set by the Remuneration Authority and not under the Cabinet Fees Framework.
