Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister of Health: Does the Minister agree with the advice from the Ministry of Health that they did not have assurance that the Board was able to exercise its functions effectively, if so, what steps, if any, will the Minister take to ensure that full transparency and oversight is restored?
