Hon Scott Simpson: A detailed analysis of the fiscal impact of board fee increases under the new Fees Framework was conducted by the Treasury during the fee request approval process for ACC. These increases take effect from 1 October 2025. The estimated annual cost is approximately 0.006% of ACC's $3.6 billion investment income.
