46553 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Statistics: What analysis, if any, has been undertaken of the fiscal impact of the new Fees Framework, in effect since 1 July 2025, on any entities within the Minister’s portfolio, and what was the estimated annual cost?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: There are no Ministerial appointees for the Statistics portfolio. However, fiscal impacts from any adjustments to fee levels will be determined following a fee review as set out in the Cabinet Fees Framework and will be a considering factor in the approval process.
