46425 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply 12808, when will Kainga Ora lodge a building consent for its properties at 6, 7, 8-10 Koa Street, 22-29 Tahapa Street and 2 Mara Street (all in Meadowbank, Auckland)?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that a building consent application was lodged on 29 June 2023 for 17 and 19 Tahapa Crescent. There is no date yet set for the lodging of a building consents for Koa Street and Mara Street.
