46364 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Justice: What analysis, if any, has been undertaken of the fiscal impact of the new Fees Framework, in effect since 1 July 2025, on any entities within the Minister’s portfolio, and what was the estimated annual cost?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The six Crown entities in the Justice portfolio are Independent Crown Entities (ICEs). Remuneration for board members of ICEs is set by the Remuneration Authority, rather than the Cabinet Fees Framework. Therefore, no analysis has been undertaken.
