46353 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Infrastructure: What analysis, if any, has been undertaken of the fiscal impact of the new Fees Framework, in effect since 1 July 2025, on any entities within the Minister’s portfolio, and what was the estimated annual cost?

Hon Chris Bishop: My portfolios have companies that have directors fees set under the Crown Company Fees Methodology as well as entities whose fees are set under the Fees Framework. All proposed fee increases under either methodology are thoroughly analysed for their fiscal implications before approval to ensure alignment with operating budgets and value for money.
