46329 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What analysis, if any, has been undertaken of the fiscal impact of the new Fees Framework, in effect since 1 July 2025, on any entities within the Minister’s portfolio, and what was the estimated annual cost?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: For the Foreign Affairs portfolio, for those entities subject to the Appointment and Honours (APH) appointment process and the Cabinet Fees Framework: Applicable fees under the new framework for members of the Asia New Zealand Foundation's Board of Trustees will continue to be modest and managed within the Foundation's existing baseline. Board fees for Antarctica New Zealand and the Public Advisory Committee on Disarmament and Arms Control (PACDAC) have not been increased as per the new Fees Framework, in effect since 1 July 2025 - so there is no requirement for any analysis.
