Hon Paul Goldsmith: The six Crown entities in the Justice portfolio are Independent Crown Entities (ICEs). Remuneration for board members of ICEs is set by the Remuneration Authority, rather than the Cabinet Fees Framework. It is expected that fee increases for board members will be managed within existing baselines and will not come at the expense of frontline services.
