46301 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How have any fee increases approved under the new Fees Framework since 1 July 2025 been funded for entities within the Minister’s portfolio, and what impact, if any, has this had on service delivery or operational budgets?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: For the Foreign Affairs portfolio, for those entities subject to the Appointment and Honours (APH) appointment process and the Cabinet Fees Framework: As of 26 September 2025, there have been no increases approved under the new Fees Framework.
