46295 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What monitoring or evaluation, if any, is planned to assess whether board fees set under the new Fees Framework have improved governance outcomes in the Minister’s portfolio, and how will this be reported to Parliament, if at all?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: For the Foreign Affairs portfolio, for those entities subject to the Appointments and Honours (APH) process and the Cabinet Fees Framework: The Asia New Zealand Foundation's Annual Report will continue to detail its financial status and how it has performed against the goals and objectives set out in the Statement of Performance Expectations. Antarctica New Zealand and the Public Advisory Committee on Disarmament and Arms Control (PACDAC) will not review their Board fees this financial year (2025/26).
