46264 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Courts: What advice, if any, has the Minister received on trade-offs between applying higher board fees under the new Fees Framework and maintaining frontline services or staff resourcing in their portfolio areas?

Hon Nicole McKee: As Minister for Courts I am not responsible for any Boards. However, I am advised that it is expected that fee increases for board members will be managed within existing baselines and will not come at the expense of frontline services.
