Hon Mark Mitchell: The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). DPMC also hosts the functional Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery. In my capacity as the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery I am not a Responsible Minister, the Prime Minister is the Responsible Minister for the Vote.
