46236 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Regulation: Which appointments, if any, within the Minister’s portfolio have been made under the new Fees Framework since 1 July 2025, and what additional costs have been incurred compared to the 2022 framework?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by officials that the Ministry for Regulation has just established a Risk and Assurance Committee with one external member subject to the updated fees in Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2. It is not possible to state with accuracy what additional costs have been incurred as the cadence of meetings and workload of the new committee has yet to be finalised.
