Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: Does the Minister agree with New Zealand Rugby Chief Executive Mark Robinson that the Online Casino Gambling Bill “…gives online gambling preferred status over Class 4 on which community organisations rely”, if not, why not?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I acknowledge the concerns raised. The Select Committee process will be hugely important and I look forward to reviewing the feedback. I am open to any changes that might be recommended via that process.
