46210 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister still plan to launch a review of the Fair Trading Act in 2025, and if so, how can members of the public input?

Hon Scott Simpson: I will be seeking decisions from Cabinet shortly relating to targeted amendments to the Fair Trading Act. As is the normal process, there will be a select committee process where members of the public are able to share their views.
