46145 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Is there a renewal plan in place for the five boarded-up state housing complexes in Strathmore Park and if so, what is the plan for those homes?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that a decision on the future of the complexes at Ngatiapa Street, Strathmore Park is due soon. I am also advised that a decision has been made to divest the complexes at Nuku Street, Strathmore Park. These properties are subject to a Right of First Refusal process.
