46142 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What active work, if any, is currently underway within the Ministry of Health to resume OECD health spending reporting?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that, as part of our focus on putting patients first and ensuring all New Zealanders have access to timely, quality healthcare, the Ministry has been undertaking an active work programme relating to OECD health financing returns. This includes entering into agreements for provision of commercial expenditure data.
