46139 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Further to WPQ 5644, what progress, if any, has been made in the quarter (January to March 2024) on health promotion work programmes concerning 'Tobacco control and vaping'?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the January to March 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand delivered the “Breakfree to Smokefree” and “Protect Your Breath” national campaigns. I am further advised that during the quarter, Health NZ continued to facilitate monthly national tobacco control sector hui, and managed Smokefree and Vaping Facts websites and related community and sector queries.
