Hon Tama Potaka: I have received from my officials the following aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, and reports, during the week beginning 15 September 2025 by title and date: From Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): I received HUD2025-007978 Justice Sector Ministers Group Meeting 17 September 2025, on 15 September 2025; HUD2025-007605 Draft Ministry of Housing and Urban Development Annual Report for 2024/25, on 18 September 2025; Māori Housing reports (as of August 31, 2025), on 18 September 2025; Rotorua Temporary Housing Dashboard and Contracted Emergency Housing (CEH) Monitoring Exit Report for August 2025, on 19 September 2025; HUD2025-008103 Weekly Report - 19 September 2025, on 19 September 2025. I received a further two documents, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time. These titles are withheld in accordance with Speakers’ Ruling 199/6.
