45963 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Associate Minister of Health: What correspondence, if any, has the Minister or her office received or sent relating to tobacco heated products since 1 February 2024?

Hon Casey Costello: I have assumed that the Member means heated tobacco products and not “tobacco heated products”. I have received a range of correspondence since 1 February 2024 and in the timeframe to respond to this question it is not possible to provide a comprehensive list. If the Member were to be more specific with their request, I would be better able to respond with the information they are seeking. I note for the Member that some information related to heated tobacco products has been proactively released on the Ministry of Health website.
