45921 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: How many, if any, individuals have signed a non-disclosure agreement at the request of the Ministry of Education since November 27th 2023?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Ministry does not ask its staff to sign non-disclosure agreements. The Ministry is responsible for preparing and administering any non-disclosure agreements that may be required for advisory groups and other parties when strict confidentiality needs to be maintained (such as procurement processes). This information is not stored in a central location and cannot be collated in the time available for responding to written parliamentary questions. Since November 2024 the Ministry have had 7 members of the Māori Education Ministerial Advisory Group (MAG) sign non-disclosure agreements. This is also my response for written parliamentary question 45918 (2025).
