Hon Erica Stanford: I have not requested any individuals sign non-disclosure agreements since November 27th 2023. The Ministry of Education is responsible for preparing and administering any non-disclosure agreements that may be required for advisory groups and other parties when strict confidentiality needs to be maintained (such as procurement processes).
