45760 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, of the 1028 Budget 2024: Social Housing houses noted as 'approved' in the September Budget 2024 and 2025 Funded Housing Delivery Dashboard have been contracted and how does that figure breakdown by provider?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have attached a table supplied by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development that shows the 748 places that have been contracted split by provider for the 1,028 houses noted as ‘approved’ in the September Budget 2024 and 2025 Funded Housing Delivery Dashboard.
