45758 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, of the 145 Budget 2025: Social Housing in Auckland houses noted as 'approved' in the September Budget 2024 and 2025 Funded Housing Delivery Dashboard have been contracted and how does that figure breakdown by provider?

Hon Chris Bishop: Contracts have been confirmed with Penina Trust for 12 homes and with The Salvation Army for 32 places, for a total of 44 places contracted of those 145 homes.
