45627 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: Who, if anyone, did the Ministry of Education consult with in making the decision to remove Media Studies from the senior secondary school Subject List ahead of the Subject List release on 11 September 2025?

Hon Erica Stanford: Media Studies has not been removed from the senior secondary school subjects released on 11 September 2025. Media Studies has been broadened to include key knowledge from the disciplines of journalism and communications. Its name has been updated to reflect this. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 45657 (2025).
