Hon David Seymour: During the week of 22 July I received the following reports, briefings, aides memoire, memos from the Treasury in my capacity as Associate Minister of Finance that were not sent also to the Minister of Finance. 26 July 2024 - Aide Memoire T2024/1956: Information to support ministerial consultation on reforming the Overseas Investment Act For the remainder of reports, I am advised the Treasury publishes on its website a list of the reports and briefings that the Minister of Finance has received, where she has portfolio responsibility as Minister of Finance. I refer the Member to this list, which will shortly be publicly available. Some titles may not be released if they relate to matters of commercial sensitivity, active consideration, legal privilege and/or confidential negotiations.
