Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following documents from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) during the week beginning 15 September 2025: Briefing pack to support Minister's EMR trip to London 16-23 September (16 September 2025) Report - Fortnightly Status Report to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery (18 September 2025) I also received one additional document within the specified timeframe; however, it is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA and DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
