Hon Jo Luxton to the Prime Minister: Does he, at all, believe it is appropriate for ministers to blame public servants for policy decisions made under their delegated authority; and how does that align with the principles of ministerial accountability and his statement that “the Ministry got that wrong” in reference to the removal of Agricultural and Horticultural Science from the senior secondary subject list that was announced on the 11 September?
