Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Minister Responsible for Ministerial Services, I am not involved in any individual employment matters. Employment issues are directly managed by Ministerial Services at the Department of Internal Affairs. As is normal in any workplace, sometimes concerns and issues are raised. Ministerial Services has robust processes established so they can address issues appropriately if and when they arise, and ensure staff are well supported.
