Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised your question has been interpreted to be the proportion of criminal cases disposed in the District Court that were within the Timely Access to Justice Thresholds set by the Chief District Court Judge, from 1 December 2023 to 30 June 2024. This is broken down by Justice service area, case category and month. I refer the Member to table 1, attached.
