45382 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, serious workplace accidents were reported to WorkSafe during the week of September 15th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that from 15 September to 21 September WorkSafe New Zealand received notification of 56 serious workplace accidents (53 notifications of injury and three notifications of fatal harm as per Written Question 45381 (2025)).
