45381 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of September 15th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand received three fatality notifications between 15 September and 21 September, which need to be assessed to confirm if they are work-related.
