45355 (2025). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister of Health: What targeted programmes or initiatives, if any, are in place to support kaumātua to access dental or prosthetic services?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Hauora Māori partners deliver oral health services including emergency dental care as part of our focus on putting patients first and ensuring all New Zealanders, including Māori, have access to timely, quality healthcare. I am further advised that Health New Zealand holds a range of contracts for prosthetics services.
