45348 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 39996 (2025), which providers will deliver the remaining net 457 places by the end of 2025/26 and for each, how many of places are they expected to deliver?

Hon Chris Bishop: A table of places intended to be delivered, by provider, by the end of the 2025/26 year is attached. This consists of 315 places intended to be delivered by Community Housing Providers (CHPs), and Kāinga Ora is forecasting to deliver around 98 places (not including lease expiries).
