Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Health New Zealand is taking steps to develop a sustainable funding model for health service providers as part of our focus on putting patients first and ensuring all New Zealanders have access to timely, quality healthcare, which includes: - developing a 10-year investment strategy for the Delivering Hauora Māori Services appropriation, and - implementing new two-year outcomes-based contracts.
