Hon Shane Jones: I received, and discussed with the Minister of Conservation, a number of briefings relating to the Hauraki Gulf / Tīkapa Moana Marine Protection Bill, including analyses of the benefits and costs of allowing fishing in the proposed High Protection Areas.
