45148 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, of the apartments in Kāinga Ora's Wellesley Road, Napier complex are vacant and for each vacant apartment, how long has it been vacant and why?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that there are no vacant units in social housing complexes owned in Wellesley Road, Napier, as at 31 August 2025. No vacancy information is held by Kāinga Ora on transitional housing, which is managed by a third party.
