45112 (2024). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: What is the total amount, if any, of individuals who arrived into New Zealand on a Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa during the week of 15th July 2024?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that during the week of 15 July 2024 to 21 July 2024, a total of 160 individuals (comprising a mix of principal and secondary applicants) arrived in New Zealand on a Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa. This includes 29 individuals who arrived on the current Skilled Migrant - Skilled Resident visa and 131 who arrived on the previous Skilled Migrant Category visa. The number of individuals is based on first arrival after the grant of the visa offshore.
