Hon Paul Goldsmith: It is not in the public interest to release the titles of Cabinet Committee papers before decisions are taken and announced, particularly on board appointments, which is the most common type of paper in the State Owned Enterprises portfolio. I note that any papers taken to a Cabinet Committee during the week beginning 22 July 2024, or report backs from the Cabinet Committee, would be considered by Cabinet on 29 July 2024, the date that this question was asked.
