44956 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Statistics: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office received, if any, during the week beginning Monday 8 September 2025, by title and date?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: As the Minister for Statistics, I received the following papers from Stats NZ between 8 – 12 September 2025: • 9 September 2025, Next steps on census legislation. • 9 September 2025, Infringement regime public consultation process and drafting of regulations. • 10 September 2025, Weekly Report to the Minister of Statistics for the period to 10 September 2025.  • 12 September 2025, Misuse of 2023 Census Data Remediation Programme – Closure Report and Lessons Learned. I received two further papers, the titles of which I am withholding as they relate to matters under active consideration. I do not consider it to be in the public interest to release the titles of these papers at the moment.
