44907 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Statistics: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received during the week beginning 8 September 2025, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: As the Minister for Statistics, I received the following papers from Stats NZ between 8 – 12 September 2025: • 9 September 2025, Next steps on census legislation. • 9 September 2025, Infringement regime public consultation process and drafting of regulations. • 10 September 2025, Weekly Report to the Minister of Statistics for the period to 10 September 2025.  • 12 September 2025, Misuse of 2023 Census Data Remediation Programme – Closure Report and Lessons Learned. I received two further papers, the titles of which I am withholding as they relate to matters under active consideration. I do not consider it to be in the public interest to release the titles of these papers at the moment.
